Stunning View of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain from your own private deck!
This room is a large king room with private bath, walk in shower, sitting area, satellite TV, wi-fi, coffee, soaps and shampoos. It also has a private deck with a beautiful view of Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain.
This room is on the second floor of the Big Creek Lodge on the 350 acre resort property of Luna's Trail Farm and Event Center. There are miles of hiking trails, a pond, lots of wildlife, beautiful sunrise views, beautiful moon views, and various farm animals to enjoy.
Our restaurant, The Big Creek Lodge, is available Thursday evening - Sunday afternoon. Reservations are recommended but not required for on property guests. Guests can make a reservations at lunastrail.com.
The Lodge has an event center downstairs which sometimes hosts large, private events, so please ask ahead if one of these may affect your stay.
If no one rents the night before, then check-in time is flexible. If no one rents the night after, then check-out time is flexible.
Although the restaurant and event spaces are handicap accessible, unfortunately, we were not able to install an elevator in the building for the residential bedrooms upstairs due to cost issues, so please consider this if you may need one. We do have cabins on site that may be better suited for those needing further assistance.
Out of courtesy to our other guests, we do not allow gatherings or loud noises upstairs in the rooms after 9:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are considered on an individual basis, but generally:
For Lodge Rooms, 100% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled prior to 3 days before your visit, 0% of the 25% deposit will refunded if the reservation is canceled between 1 and 3 days prior to check in time, and 0% of the full balance will be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of check in time. The remaining portion of the full balance (the remaining 75%) will typically be drafted around 48 hours prior to your arrival but is still subject to the above policy.
For Cabins, 100% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled prior to 7 days before your visit, 0% of the 25% deposit will refunded if the reservation is canceled between 1 and 7 days prior to check in time, and 0% of the full balance will be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of check in time. The remaining portion of the full balance (the remaining 75%) will typically be drafted around 48 hours prior to your arrival but is still subject to the above policy.

A security deposit in the form of a pre-authorization of $50 will also be held for your card, but this would only be needed to be used in extreme circumstances.
