All cancellations are considered on an individual basis, but generally:
For Lodge and Coop Rooms, 100% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled prior to 3 days before your visit, 0% of the 25% deposit will refunded if the reservation is canceled between 1 and 3 days prior to check in time, and 0% of the full balance will be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of check in time. The remaining portion of the full balance (the remaining 75%) will typically be drafted around 48 hours prior to your arrival but is still subject to the above policy.
For Cabins, 100% of the 25% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled prior to 21 days before your visit, 0% of the 25% deposit will refunded if the reservation is canceled between 1 and 21 days prior to check in time, and 0% of the full balance will be refunded if the reservation is canceled within 24 hours of check in time. The remaining portion of the full balance (the remaining 75%) will typically be drafted around 48 hours prior to your arrival but is still subject to the above policy.
