Warm wedding

Thanks so much to Makenzie and Garrett for having you wedding here at Luna’s Trail.  This group came in on the day of the wedding and quickly put together a fantastic event.  It was a cool and foggy evening, but we kept the enclosures down for this one, and they had a nice, warm wedding celebration.  Congratulations, and best of luck to both of you!

Luna’s Trail is a wedding and event venue located in Westfield, NC.  We are close to the Triad area, as well as to Pilot Mountain and Mt. Airy, NC.  We try to take advantage of the beautiful rustic environment here by combining the natural atmosphere with first class amenities.  We offer a large venue with climate controlled environments as well as covered patios and open air patios.  The venue features our signature tin ceilings and a beautiful stained glass window which lights up throughout the night.  We also provide separate on-site cabins so that guests from near and far will have ample space to prepare for their big event.  These also provide a setting in which to spend quality time with your closest friends and family during your stay.  For wedding ceremonies, couples can choose among fully outdoor settings, partially covered settings, and fully indoor settings.  The outdoor settings include a variety of views of mountains and lakes as desired.  During the reception, guests can take advantage of climate control, 4 separate restrooms, a large kitchen, an audio visual system, ample parking, dishes, glasses, and silverware.  Also, one of our best features is our dedicated staff who will be helping throughout your entire event.  We can also add on hay rides and shuttle service as needed.  In addition to the many event related features, we also offer fishing, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and hiking.  There is also on-site horseback riding available.  We also operate a small farm which includes cattle, chickens, pigs, and llamas.  As a result, we are also able to offer delicious farm fresh eggs and meat as available.

This week’s group had a lot of fun.  They rented both cabins for several nights and were able to get a feel for the property.  They then held an all day get together down in the venue on Saturday, fixing two meals for their guests at lunch and dinner.  Music was played using the house…
