Dancing on the Outdoor Patio!
This group put a new wrinkle on things. The outdoor patio was originally set up for the ceremony:
Just after the ceremony, we changed it in order to fit all 200 guests at tables under the covered reception area. Then, the wedding party was announced through our sound system on the outdoor patio. All first dances were held out on the outdoor patio – a nice touch on a beautiful day.
The inside of the venue was used exclusively as a serving area, which made it easy to direct guests in there while we re-arranged the outdoor area. Then, they also used the indoors as the main dance area for late night! Double slide shows in both of the main areas.
